A good day!

Alright, I know I keep promising to put some work of mine up here, and I will soon I promise! I've just been busy trying to get my days planned out, and remembering to do this blog is hard because I just began it, but I will come by more often and get things rolling on here.

But it was an awesome day today because at 8:30am this morning I got a call for a job offer!!! Yes totally cool, since I've been looking for another job for two weeks now.....So I went to the interview and they hired me on the spot! I will be cartering/selling Jamba Juice! YUMMMY!!!!!!! Can't wait to start the job! Bring some more money in to pay things off lol.


But heres a little preview of what I like to write mostly. If you like it comment, questions, and any critques are welcome too!


Words That Rhyme

Here's an easy one, everybody knows
It grows and grows, theres no ending
It's very enduring.

People say there's an end
But I say no theres not my friend
It goes on and on, even if it sounds wrong
Theres no stopping it, so handle it
So do you like my timing?
Or do you like my ryhming?
Hurry up and pick, I gotta watch my flick,
Words that ryhme don't have to make sense,
They just have to sound cool
No one will think your a fool.

The Pain

I look back on everything thats happened,
Everyone was happy, no one cryin'.
Until one day we left that happy place,
Now I sit with tears running down my face.
I never thought it get so bad,
Everything is now so sad.
But one day I'll leave, never to be seen again,
Never to go trough all that pain,
Because when I leave there'll be something to gain,
But I sit and wait, until that date.



A Lonely Girl

In my eyes a lonely girl cries,
Just giving up, hopping she dies,
Everyone messes up by telling her lies.
No one can know how she feels,
Her life spins on a giant wheel.
But she still cries for a better life
One with-out so much strife,
She takes up her knife.
Can't she how to go on,
Not knowing this is wrong.
Stabs herself, shedding her life bud,
She lays in her own puddle of blood.

Also I finished that Julliann Farnsworth book like a week ago now. It was good, not the best I've read, but the story line and characters were cool. Its called "This Side of Forever". Diffenatly give it a chance.

Well, I'm sorry I didn't get around to doing Haiku week this week. I was just so busy with work and saying bye to my brother who was going back to his place in colorado. So I'm offically promising y'all that I'll do Haiku week next week, that way its all new stuff! So get your pens and paper ready!

Okay

I woke up not feeling good at 2am this morning and couldn't sleep 'til 4ish. My throat is killing me!.....But in good news......Starting this upcoming Sunday I'm doing Haiku week. It'll be American Haikus though, but your more then welcome to submit other types of Haikus. So yeah, I'll get back to y'all laters!

Latenight Boredom

Welp, up late with nothing better to do, so I thought I blog for a minute. I don't know what to blog about honestly, just about my day and movies and books and some music. Today was a long day, but fun (for the most part). I've started another book (can't member the title I'll post it later). Its by an author I met who lives in the same apartment complex as me! She's so awesome and nice! Her name is Juliann Farnsworth and you should check out her stuff! So far what I've read its pretty good, hopefully I'll be able to finish it soon so I can start the other one she signed for me. I also watched a somewhat new movie today. Its called Cleaner with Samuel L. Jackson, Eva Mendes, and Ed Harris. It was pretty good...oh though I think they tried to make it to dramatic....and the mystery in it was kinds of easy to figure out. But it was very well acted, and because of that I finished it. Music is music what is there to say about that? lol Y'all should let me know what are some of your favorites though so I can check them out. But other then all that nothing much interesting to say, but as I soon as I can get to my things I'll be posting some poetry and prose of mine for y'all as well, not just boring little summeries of my days :D

Whats up with this?

Ok, so people are on a vampire kick. Why? Just because someone comes out with a well writen book, everyone has to be into vampires. I don't begrudge Stephenie Meyers for writing a really good book, but people do we really need to take it as far as we have? Because now that we have, it makes the whole thing boring once more, and it ruins it for the rest of us who hasn't read the many good books. So what do you y'all think about it? Do you agree with me? Do you think I"m nuts? And doni't forget to answer my poll!
